FAQ

What specific services do you provide?

Our communities provide apartments and active style living for seniors who want to maintain an active lifestyle. We also provide 3 levels of assisted care living along with memory support. We specialize in increasing the socialization of seniors, enabling individuals 55 and older the opportunity to choose how they want to spend the golden years of their life.  Our residents can select the activities, time schedules and amenities we offer. Our residents decide what they want to do. We help them make it happen. It is their time ‘right now’.

What are common questions or misconceptions about senior living?

People feel they are giving up something when they decide to transition from their own home to community style living. They don’t understand they are not giving up anything. In fact, they are adding to their life. They are trading the mundane; time consuming tasks and chores that are a necessary inconvenience for fun, fulfilling hobbies they enjoy. Our residents now have the opportunity to select things that challenge their minds and bodies and give their lives purpose. Excitement, imagine, creating new memories instead of just reliving past events. Making new friends instead of missing old ones.

Who is your typical resident?

Seniors 55 and up who want to live an active and rewarding life long into the future. The grown children of seniors who want their parents to return to the area. Residents of other senior living facilities who are not happy with the food, activities, or services they are currently receiving.

How do you set yourself apart from our retirement communities?

We GENUINELY enjoy, love, and care about seniors. We can help seniors fulfill the dreams that have not materialized for them so far in life. We believe when we do what’s right for the resident, business success will happen. Remember, FOOD, FUN, FRIENDSHIP and RELAXATION… It’s ‘YOUR’ TIME NOW!!

What are some reasons seniors and their families seek out your services?

Loss of a spouse or a fall are two life events that cause seniors to want to make a change in how/where they live. It can also cause family members to seek alternative living for their parents or elderly loved ones.  Unwillingness to spend the money it takes to pay for the services we offer can be a deterrent. Also, if a senior opposes making a move, another deterrent can be the unwillingness to apply “tough love” in an attempt to keep them safe and happy.
